Anabolic Solution for Powerlifters? I'm currently using the westside for skinny bastards program and was looking to tighten my diet up to peak my results. I'm interested to see if anyone has any info on the above diet as it would seem to fit my lifestyle very well. The Anabolic Solution for Powerlifters http://www.mediafire.com/file/zzmyy3.ionforPL.

Anonymous19/05/13(Mon)18:26Yeah, kinda. It's also funny how the Hyper/Strength/Powerbulding starting templates don't have choose your own exercises but the ending ones and the new novice templates do.It's like'okay you're new so it doesn't matter what you do get the volume in and have fun.' 'okay you're a little strong now time to focus.' 'okay you're decent now so it doesn't matter what you do get the volume in and have fun.' BBM posted a detailed write up on google drive for the new templates. Anonymous19/05/14(Tue)14:56All these BBM templates have been shared:General S&CHypertrophy I & IIPowerbuilding IIStrength I & IIITitanIf you enjoy these templates, you should at least consider contributing to their work with buying:Beginner templatePowerbuilding IPowerlifting IIStrengthlifting IIetc. They are definitely overpriced, but worth spending the money on one template if you are going to use any of the shared ones. They are currently on sale until the 16, and you'll get 10% off with the coupon code BBMED10.

Itsfreerealestate19/05/15(Wed)12:52This is why you just post what you have and someone will eventually come and post what you want. Its all about patience this is one of the main reasons the recent purge happened. Stop working with other ppl and who posts what in return for this and that. ASK for what you want and POST whatever you have and you will be rewarded in such in due time. Pretty sure within the next few weeks to months someone will eventually post Kizen or whatever other training pdf your looking for.

Anonymous19/05/15(Wed)17:36Hey guys, could someone explain to me the difference between the novice/intermediate and advanced Renaissance Periodization Male Physique Template (RP MPT)? Assuming the same template in both cases obvisouly.I have the old (2017-version) 4x full body template, both for novice/intermediate and advanced, but I can't find any differnces.

Neither in the exercises, nor in the formulas (withhin the excel spreedsheet cells). Are my templates labeld wrong and? Are they actually the same template with different names? Little helper19/05/16(Thu)22:47I didn't do the upload in this case, but the links are still valid. Both books are really great, espacially the book on training did help me a lot.

Ammaniti che la festa cominci pdf. It is accessible, easy to read and understand while still being evidently science-based (part of the reason why the updated the book to the 2nd Ed. New science gets in - you gotta update your recommendations)Consider buying if you like it.

The books don't come cheap, but I would still say they are worth the money The book on training:The book on nutrition and dieting in training. Itsfreerealestate19/05/17(Fri)04:12simple:if your a beginner with no experience. A 5x5 program will suit you since you will build muscle regardless and learn the basic movments of the deadlift, squat, bench and over head press if this is your first time lifting. If your a novice with about 4+ years of lifting and have the basics down packed then almost any program will work if its geared towards hyperthorphy. (jeff nip's, RP, Kizen, BBM etc)If your advanced 8+ years of lifting you know what to do already just increase the frequency, vary weights etc. Meadows Programs MD8819/05/19(Sun)18:08I have almost all of the Meadows programs. Half way through Gamma bomb now and I love it.

Not sure which ones people need, besides Odin Force, which I don't have. But I am willing to work with people. What I don't have:Program 1 - 12 Weeks of Pain and SufferingProgram 2 - 12 weeks of Continued BatteringProgram 3 - (whatever the name is)Program 5 - (whatever the name is)Program 6 - (whatever the name is)Program 8 - Embrace InsanityProgram 12 - Particle SmasherProgram 16 - ThanosProgram 19 - AresOdin ForceWhat I do have:Everything elseIf anyone posts one of the programs I don't have, I would be glad to post any of the ones I do.Here is a token of my good will. Re: Kilo Strength Society19/05/21(Tue)02:05Thanks for getting back.To be specific I'm looking for their downloadable programs. Re: Kilo Strength Society (Tdlsu777 )19/05/21(Tue)04:40Tdlsu777 - sounds like a deal. Thanks for being responsive. We need more users like you.My friend is formally finishing the program design course and then is going to give me the link. When I get it I'll upload - I don't think he's gonna need many more days to finish the program. As for Poliquin - I don't have anything specific just looking to read as much of his content as possible.

I'm a coach and looking to expand my knowlege and he's currently on the list of coaches I want to study. NEED HELP!19/05/22(Wed)12:29Idk whether if it's the right thread or nah, but here goes.I'm 21, training for 2-2.5 years (Never took strength training very seriously, from the beginning, the goal was to lose fat anyhow), 187 cms (6'1'), 95 KGs, with SBD 1RMs clocked at 140KGs/90KGs/160KGs, 16-18% BF, Aesthetics mainly being the end goal.Should I keep on running a linear progression, or should I switch to something else now? And what would y'all suggest from all the wonderful programs up here? Should I gain more strength by eating in a surplus and focus mainly on strength training, or should I cut down to a moderately low BF?Also, what spreadsheet(s) would be the best for my goals? TheReclaimedSnatch+19/05/22(Wed)12:38yea not the right thread, but no you really shouldn't drag out LP for longer than 3-4 months. If strength is your thing i highly recommend the bridge from barbell medicine, finished it last week and bench/OHP went up 30lbs and squat/deadlift went up 60lbs each.

You could also run texas method, gzcl, or another program like 5/3/1, but BBM has very good fatigue management in their programs and they are built for long term progress. You can also find almost all 20+ programs here.

Good luck with training my man. Tdlsu777 Anonymous19/05/22(Wed)16:04Yes that is what my name stands for.For the person asking about the hypertrophy course video, I can fix it but it won't be for a while. I am in the middle of all stars for 2 of my boys and I leave to go on vacation Saturday. So prolly 2 weeks, sorry that shit take precedence over anything else. For the person asking for the athelean x programs, they have been posted here before.I would like to see body Spartan programs posted, still missing two of the Jordan Peter's programs massive and extreme lean, also looking for any custom neversate programming especially any non lp versions. For those asking programming, just pick one and stick too it and eat like a mother fucker.

Some of y'all drive me insane with the program hopping. All of these programs work so long as you are progressing in strength in the given rep range either through more reps, density or weight. Whatever program you do, make it your bitch. I suggest using the macros from the leangains calculator on musclehacking.

Tdlsu777 Anonymous19/05/25(Sat)14:58I'll post precision nutrition and opex ccp when I get back from vacation next weekend. To the guy asking for other templates to be posted before he would post the knee rehab, dude almost all of the templates have been posted. Do you know how many you have gotten for free.If you won't do it for that, at least do it as a favor to me, I have posted close to 5k worth of material this week alone, most of which I have personally bought. If not email me and I will trade you something but then I will post it. Tdlsu777 Anonymous19/05/25(Sat)19:24I already posted the athleanx programs over a year ago.

You were not the original uploader, just saying. There are a couple guys who only trade, shit gets old. I trade a hell of a lot but I also post a hell of a lot. All I am saying is trading is fine but share also. All I would like to see is the rest of the bbm templates be posted. Also I will post the thin movement course next week when I get back and some Meadows stuff that has never been posted. That should mean all of Meadows, all things army, all kilo, and many others have been shared. Let's try and finish out as many collection s as possible. Teach, don't preach.19/05/26(Sun)10:09Here is an idea. Instead of being critical of this person who most likely has no idea how that search even works, teach them how it works as 'L1ft1ng' did in the comments above. The more often it is repeated and referenced, more newcomers (who don't scroll back weeks of content to find that this search is even possible) are exposed to it. This will likely create efficiencies with less people being reliant on the forum without first doing their diligence through a rudimentary search. For all of those newcomers, I reference this post which is an invaluable resource to do your own homework first:Do you guys know it's possible to use googles advanced search to find things on anonfile?Go to google.com and click the settings (bottom right of page) and select advanced search.Type in your search term into the top box, then scroll down to site or domain and paste inThen click advanced search.

Suggestion19/05/26(Sun)10:46Merely my suggestion, but I say buy whatever program you would like that is not currently within the repository. It is after all your money.People will be (or should be) grateful that you will purchase new content, but it should be something you are interested in.Failing that, take advice from Tdlsu777 who has posted a rather astonishing amount of content as to his opinion. If you are on for seeing what the majority of the populace here is after, perhaps utilize Google Forms with 4-5 suggested topics?

I compete in powerlifting. I used to compete in gear, but now my focus is raw. The Anabolic Diet has worked well for me over the years.

I can’t really tell if there is a significant strength gain, but it hasn’t hurt my strength. The NHE (natural hormonal enhancement) Diet is also a good choice for a low carb diet. The difference is you carb load on Wednesdays and Sundays. If you have a problem with insulin sensitivity The NHE Diet works better. Here is a link:.I am not a diet expert, but I have read a lot of diet books and I would advise you to take a metabolic typing test.

If your results show you as a protein type then do the Anabolic Diet or NHE Diet, if you are a carb type or mixed type you should follow a carb cycling diet. It is not as extremely low in carbs. I wasn’t interested at all before you posted that, but I think I’ll test myself for the hell of it. quotecoolnatedawg wrote:never seen that metabolic test phillip.i turned out to be protein type (which i figured). Do you feel sluggish on the other days?/quoteAfter the 12 day induction phase you should feel better. The first week you may feel drained and have no energy, but I felt that way mainly walking upstairs and not so much during workouts.

I am a powerlifter so I don’t do ridiculous amounts of volume. You should consider adding a fiber supplement, potassium, and magnesium. All the protein and getting used to the diet can cause constipation and the fiber helps. The potassium and magnesium help prevent cramps. The first week or two of the diet I get cramps.
